When your client books a full-day ‘declutter and stage’ or ‘unpack and organize’ service, I would be happy to offer you a referral fee of 10%.

How we can work together

Declutter and Stage before listing.

We’ll help your client eliminate clutter to be better prepared for their move. This often saves them money by reduce moving costs. We can also stage their home with what they already own, or we’ll recommend stagers who can provide furniture and decor. In the end, you’ll have a more appealing home to list.

2 organizers per 8-hour day, $1250
Additional organizers at $50/hr each

Unpack and Organize before move-in.

Be the hero, and recommend this service to your clients! We’ll bring in the reinforcements as soon as the movers leave, and we’ll unpack and organize – just one room, or the entire home – and your client can enjoy their new home immediately instead of stressing over unpacking all the boxes.
