In-Home Organizing in Miami and Surrounding Cities
This is our full-service, in-home organizing service. We declutter thoughtfully and set up simple systems that make your home easier to manage.
You’ll make the key decisions, and we manage the process — editing, organizing, labeling, and coordinating donation and responsible disposal.
How In-Home Organizing Works
We begin with a consultation. We walk through your space, identify what isn’t working, and define what a successful outcome looks like for your routines and your family.
During sessions, we declutter first. Decisions are made in real time, with guidance, so the process moves steadily and doesn’t drag on.
Once the excess is removed, we assign clear homes and set up straightforward systems that are easy to maintain.
Each session ends with the space reset and next steps clarified — no unfinished piles left behind.
Pricing
$90 per labor hour.
3 hour minimum per session.
A labor hour reflects one organizer working for one hour. For example, two organizers working a five-hour session equals 10 labor hours.
Products and third-party services, when needed, are approved by you and billed separately.
After your consultation, you’ll receive a recommended project estimate based on the size and scope of your space.
Most kitchen and multi-closet projects require 15–25 labor hours.
Whole-home projects typically range from 30–60+ labor hours.
Maintenance Session (For Existing Clients)
Designed for returning clients who want to refresh and maintain the systems we’ve already put in place.
This is a light reset — refining, adjusting, and restoring order within established systems. It is not structured for large-scale decluttering, donation removal or move-in services.
$75 per labor hour

Common Questions About In-Home Organizing:
How do I know how many labor hours my project will need?
After your consultation, you’ll receive a recommended estimate based on the size and complexity of your space. Most kitchen and multi-closet projects require 15–25 labor hours, while whole-home projects typically require more. We scope projects realistically so they’re completed efficiently, not stretched out.
Are organizing products included in the hourly rate?
No, organizing products are selected with your approval and billed separately. We only recommend products that support the systems we’re creating and fit your space.
Do you remove donations and unwanted items?
For full-service projects, we coordinate donation and responsible disposal as part of the organizing process. If specialty hauling or third-party removal services are required, those are arranged with your approval and billed separately.
How involved do I need to be during sessions?
You’ll be involved in the decisions that matter — what stays and what goes. Once those decisions are made, we handle the organizing and setup so the process moves efficiently.
What is the difference between full-service and a maintenance session?
Full-service projects are designed for deeper decluttering and system creation. Maintenance sessions are available to existing clients and are intended to refresh and restore previously organized spaces. They are not structured for large-scale editing or removal projects.

Virtual Organizing
Virtual organizing is direct, one-on-one time with Zee. Designed for clients who prefer to implement changes themselves, these sessions focus on clarifying what’s not working and creating a clear, practical plan for your space.
This is hands-on working time — not a lecture. You’ll leave knowing exactly what to do next and why.

$150

THE DO-IT-YOURSELF OPTION WITH SUPPORT
Group Online Organizing Program
If you prefer to declutter and organize independently, but want structure and accountability, this online group program provides a clear framework and live guidance to keep you moving forward.
You’ll follow the same organizing principles I use with private clients, while implementing changes in your own home at your own pace.
Live sessions provide direction and accountability, and the group environment offers steady momentum without pressure.
